Our cows are fed strictly grass from birth to processing.
They are hormone free, anti-biotic free and raised using regenerative farming principles.
Our philosophy is that God designed these animals to function this way and honoring their design creates a product that tastes superior to others and that will nourish our bodies the way God intended it to.
