What do I get with a quarter, half or whole beef?

One of the first things folks ask is what all do I get when I order a quarter, half or a whole?  Here is a generic breakdown of approximate quantities of each cut available. Each animal varies in size and you are receiving half or whole of one specific animal. Additionally we offer customized cut sheets so any cuts you do not want are added to hamburger grind, etc. 

Don't get overwhelmed by the idea of doing your own cut sheet, we make it very simple and we are happy to walk you through it on the phone if you need help!

Quarter Beef
